Trim the boneless pork roast, cut it into portions, and lightly pound the meat. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Peel and chop or press the fresh garlic. Mix it with oil, lemon juice, fresh thyme, salt, and ground black pepper. Brush the prepared steaks with the marinade and let them rest in the refrigerator so the meat absorbs the flavors of the garlic and thyme. Sear the steaks in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Then, cook them further as needed in a convection oven or conventional oven until they are thoroughly cooked through yet remain juicy. After cooking, let the meat rest briefly. Serve the pork steak with garlic and thyme alongside a salad from the daily menu.
