Cut the sausages into rings, finely chop the onion, crush the garlic and peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion. As soon as it starts to turn golden, add the crushed garlic and fry briefly. Add chopped sausages, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin to the pot and fry everything briefly to lightly roast the sausages. Then add tomato paste, potatoes and pour in water or broth. Add the bay leaf and bring to a boil, thicken with roux, Then turn down the heat and simmer for approximately 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. If the goulash is too thick, add a little water. Finally, season with salt and pepper as needed.
