Clean the cauliflower and break it into equal florets. Make a paste of lime juice, oil, Solamyl, Roman cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, garam masala, paprika and salt. Coat the cauliflower with the paste and roast until golden brown. Fry the chopped garlic, ginger and onion in oil, add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper and fry. Add the coconut milk to the sauce at a gentle boil, soften with butter, add the roasted cauliflower, stir, season with salt and ground pepper if necessary. Serve garnished with chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
