Rinse the millet and scald it with boiling water, strain, add salt, pour in boiling milk and cook until tender. Finally, let it cool. Beat the egg whites and half of the sugar until firm. Whisk the yolks with butter and the other half of the sugar until thick. First, mix the whipped egg yolks, chopped nuts with the millet porridge and finally mix in the egg whites. Grease the mold with butter and pour in half of the millet mixture, lay out the seedless apricots, cut side down, add the other half of the mixture and spread evenly. Bake until golden brown. When serving, sprinkle the casserole portion with poppy seeds, powdered sugar and pour melted butter over it.
